A week ago in our Wednesday night service, I ministered from 1 Kings 17 & 18. It’s a familiar story on how God used Elijah to proclaim a famine, God’s provision for Elijah, the showdown on Mt. Carmel and the end of the famine.
At the end of the message we concluded that Elijah had experienced God in such a way that he knew the Lord could be trusted. When his servant came back the seventh time from staring out over the sea and declared all he saw was one cloud the size of a man’s fist; that’s all Elijah needed to hear. He knew the rain was coming. He started running.
I encouraged the people not to despise or discount that small cloud. But when they see it, to rejoice and know that the rain is coming. You know enough about God that you don’t have to see massive gray clouds rolling in to know that God is about to manifest in your life. The cloud the size of man’s fist will do just fine!
The next day I got a check in the mail for $23.11. You would have thought it was a two million dollar check the way I was texting folks! I gave God mad praise for that $23.11. Rain was coming and I knew it!
At church last night testimony after testimony of small clouds appearing in Zion were heard! Some discounted their small clouds but later realized what they’d done and began to give God thanks for $8.00 checks, $92 checks — it was amazing.
One hundred percent across the board, ZTCC members received “small clouds” into their lives over the past week.
The rain started for our family on Monday and I know it’s just the beginning!
Manifestation is taking place and I thank Him for it!
It’s raining! It’s raining!
