Before I turn in
I want to thank Ms. Regina for sharing this award with me. I am truly honored! I got my writing project done! I labored over it most of the day and sent it off this evening! Writing is pretty easy, it’s the grammar checks, and the rewrites that get a little tedious. How many ways can I say the same thing? Or can I make that statement clearer? This is how I spent the day. I love everyday, but I really love the weekends – Sunday especially! I am enjoying what God is doing in Zion and have this expectancy of great things happening. Mr. FFA UpdateOK, Mr. FFA is a no-go. My teenager has really HIGH standards and Mr. FFA doesn’t cut it. And by high standards I mean she wants somebody who loves God like she does and serves him everyday. Mr. FFA has come a calling y’all! He’s asked Lindsey out on a date! Lindsey doesn’t know him other than the casual greeting at school. So I’m sure they’re on myspace exchanging messages. If he doesn’t meet the requirements, she won’t bother. BUT if Mr. FFA is on the up and up there’s going to be the official meeting of Mr. FFA and his parents. I want to stop and pause and give God thanks for two very special people God has sent into my life. They have been a huge blessing to me personally and the ministry. Sis. Elvanna and Elder Robbin. These two women look after me when I go out to minister and take very good care of me and I sincerely appreciate them for it. Friday night they were a true blessing and I’m so grateful. God sent me two wonderful armor bearers. These women truly love me and the ministry. They are dedicated and supportive and I love them for it. They help shoulder the burden and pray for me. Sis. We’ve been in our new home three months already and yesterday I found myself touching up paint. Does anybody know why little boys affix themselves to walls? We’ve even had to spot treat the NEW carpet because Mac the beagle got into what we thought was the “Mac proof” trash can and dragged coffee grounds all over the carpet. I’ll tell you what, I’m not going to let child or best destroy the gift God gave us! I had to get on the teenager about the upstairs bathroom. What in the world?
