Thanks God Part II
Our teenager got the job! She was offered the assistant position! They didn’t know she was a teenager and were impressed and offered her the assistant’s position. She’ll be teaching little kids the art of dance. It’s one day a week and we’re pretty certain it’s a stepping stone to greater things! Then we’re all done painting the bathroom. The paint fumes has given me a headache but it looks beautiful. I did some touchup painting throughout the house and bought some white semi-gloss for trim work. I’m thanking God for the small things today! I’ve been looking for pillows for our sofa and I found them yesterday! And they were reasonably priced! Thanks God! Our teenager, Mr. NFL and myself are taking turns painting the powder bathroom. It’s beautiful but bathrooms are hard work. Even if they are small! We’ve never painted our walls in color before. We’ve always stuck with builder beige or ‘Navajo White.’ This is our first attempt at color on the walls and we discovered that darker colors make a room feel smaller.
