Pump up God’s soundtrack

I love how God uses my beloved. Sunday we tag teamed on a message and he so eloquently stated that God goes no where without His soundtrack, His theme music if you will. Think the Coming to America movie and how the royal family went no where without the flower bearers. They did not take a solitary step until the flower bearers were in place and had thrown down the first flower for the royal family to walk on.

God’s sound track or theme music is our praise and worship and He inhabits or dwells in praise.

I thought about how we have some things going on right now and need the Father to move on our behalf. Well yesterday it all clicked again and I was reminded that instead of dwelling on what might happen I needed to bring the Father near to the situation and I needed to be His soundtrack.

I even thought about Job and how the adversary told God, skin for skin, if allowed to afflict Job’s body, Job would curse God. The enemy knew man pretty well, when our health is challenged we focus on the challenge, and forget we serve an awesome healer.

Well I was reminded of all this and it is my intent to be God’s favorite channel. All praise, all worship all the time, and His favorite cut is always my next song of worship and praise. I want God to say, aw she’s playing my jam!

So today, I plan on offering all God’s favorites; sincere worship from a vessel He’s declared righteous.

How about you today?

Are you willing to be God’s soundtrack today?
