Bringing Monday to a Close

There are at least four things I can cross off of my initiatives list. They are no longer back-burnered items and I can say like Jesus, “It is finished!” One item will have to be tabled because there are prerequisites. Those conditions are costly and we’ll have to proceed in phases.

The house smells of red beans that have been simmering all afternoon. Thanks again Pastor V for the recipe. It has served this family well! And I’ll go on record and give a who dat to all my New Orleans friends and family who are still floating on cloud nine after the Saints NARROW win last night. LOL! I’m still a loyal Brett Favre fan and the game won’t be the same without him! What a phenomenal run! What a phenomenal career! Two weeks from now, I’ll be cheering for the Colts. Sorry N.O. family! LOL!

Well, my beans are almost ready and I’m ready to retire for the evening.
