He Showed Up Saturday!

Somebody cyberscream with me!

Eh hem…ladies and gentlemen…it gives me great pleasure to announce that I have a permanent job! I am so excited! This is one of those God-opportunities. I was conducting business at a local retailer and the general manager complimented me on my design work. I told my beloved about the encounter and he told me to promptly ask if they were hiring. (Sometimes you can’t tell a door is open until you push on it…that will preach for all my pastor friends! LOL!) Well, come to find out they were! The GM suggested I fill out an application; I did and I interviewed today and was hired on the spot! And get this…the department lead just quit. Cyberscream!

If you place your trust in the one and only faithful God, you won’t be disappointed. He is working down my list of needs and I can’t wait to see how the rest unfolds! Cyberscream again!

Darling husband and I were scheduled to be at a 10 a.m. conference but when I got the call for the interview at the same time I told him we’ll just be late. I wasn’t missing the interview! Well the conference was phenomenal! I reunited with a former co-worker and client; it was great seeing them again! As we were reflecting on the car ride home, I began to see that indeed God is BIG and GLOBAL! Kingdom business is WORLDWIDE and we’re all unified by the ONE Spirit that speaks to the CHURCH. Awesome!

We’re making plans to go back tomorrow after church for their closeout session.

I’ve got to go fill out my paperwork and then we’re going to take the kids to play lasertag.
