There’s still so much to do, but look how far you’ve come!Sure there are days you get frustrated and wonder if it’s all worth it.Let me assure you it is.As long as you are moving forwardAs long as you are progressingEven if it’s at a slower speed than those around youKeep pursuing!Keep pushing! You didn’t quit even though you felt like it.You entertained lies of the enemy only for a moment. You pulled yourself together and kept moving. It wasn’t easy.As many were cheering for youMany told you your pursuit was futile. You found strength and got back up.Don’t you know that with each blowWith each getting back upYou are strengthened?You...

I love them for this. Phenomenal Word last night. Grateful we have audio of this service because I need to hear it again! Currently on the Muzak play list at work is a song that says, A Change Will Do You Good. I am in 100 percent agreement with this. And here’s where I am right now…no time for pity parties. Learn,...

As a minister this just speaks volumes to me and comforts me when things get bumpy. I’m also grateful that there is safety in a multitude of counselors (Proverbs 24:6). I don’t have to figure things out for myself and the bible says that two are better than one. Life in Houston requires air conditioning. There are no if’s, and’s or but’s about it. And if you’ve been keeping up with this blog and my Facebook updates you know this is a big issue for our ministry right...
