It really does happen

A familiar scripture is heard in most churches during the offering. Luke 6:38 roughly paraphrased  says give and it shall be given to you, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom.

I witnessed this first hand.

I had the opportunity to serve the “men” who had purposed in her heart to give to a deserving soul.

They came into my store and placed an order for themselves and then for a woman she was taking a class from. She showed me what she was replacing and went on about how the original was inadequate and didn’t speak of the fabulosity of this dear one. This blessing is going to blow the recipient’s mind and she has no idea what’s being prepared for her.

It does happen.

God moves in the hearts of men and women to give, to bless those who give. I know the Lord will certainly bless her obedience and more than likely this gift is an answer to prayer. It’s a beautiful circle the Father’s initiated.

I had the opportunity to indirectly be a part of someone else’s blessing. I wish I could see her face when she’s presented with her gift!

Be encouraged today because the Word of the Lord is sure!
