I think they’re in the Hoover

I had the opportunity to worship with a beautiful woman of God and the service was amazing. God healed and delivered and it was awesome. There were tears of joy and as my dear friend shared her testimony, another beautiful woman of God wiped the tears from her eyes.

After it was all said and done we gathered together and waited for the woman who delivered such a powerful testimony and was wonderfully delivered.

She came in some time later and the reason for her delay still has me in stitches.

Apparently, all that weeping and the subsequent wiping of her face, removed her MAC eyelashes and she was in the sanctuary trying to find her eyelashes. I fell out laughing!

I forgot to ask if she found them. If she didn’t, I’m sure the Hoover did.

So here’s a a bit of advice for my sisters wearing faux eyelashes to church.

Leave the expensive MAC lashes at home. Instead opt for a pair of $4.99 lashes from your neighborhood drug store. That way, if a move of God breaks out and you find yourself in tears, face first in the carpet in intense worship, and get up without your eyelashes, you’ve only lost $4.99.

Oh, and I learned a great pro tip on applying lashes. Before applying your lashes make sure you add a bit of black eyeliner to the band for a seamless look. One more thing, add mascara and eyeliner before you install your lashes for a more natural and convincing look.
