There is more

Last night in our WOW service (Word on Wednesday for any new readers) we talked about there being more. Paul told the church at Phillipi that he was pressing towards the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus. That everything he’d done or accomplished (which was a lot) prior to Christ he counted as nothing.

And even though God did the wonderful in 2010.

Even though it was a year of restoration and promotion…

Even though God spoke marvelously in ZTCC…

Even though we grew spiritually…

Even though we learned more about who He Is…

Even though we gave faithfully…time and resources…

Even though we pressed and were blessed…

2010 is not the apex of our spiritual experience.

In 2011…there is more!

More fasting!

More praying!

There’s more to learn about Him.

There’s more to be revealed in our “Situation Rooms.”

There are more people to reach.

There are more souls to be saved. 

There are miracles to be demonstrated.

There is more for me in worship.

There is more in God’s word to be illuminated.

There is more of His glory to be revealed in us.

Apostle Paul said, I have not yet met my goal….and neither have we.

There is more in 2011 and we press towards that mark…that more in Christ Jesus.
