Workshop + Keynote
Lisa walks you through how to keep sane when life happens and she should know. She experienced the loss of her mother just a year ago, and her only sibling passed suddenly leaving her to help care for her nieces and nephew. Talk about being blindsided! Lisa will share how she is in real time keeping sane, taking care of herself, her family and her business.
Lisa shares with audiences—leaders and entrepreneurs in particular—that it’s okay to not be okay and that taking care of yourself is critical if you’re going to lead and serve.
Attendees will learn:
- What self-care looks like and how it can be implemented even with the busiest of schedules.
- Why self-care is not optional and the consequences for neglecting this critical care.
- Three self-care activities that anyone can utilize in order to keep sane, keep producing and keep living.
- The difference between “feeling blue” and something more serious and when it’s time to seek medical help.
What Attendees Have To Say…

“Great speech! You were awesome! I got a text during the meeting, started stressing assuming it was something that it wasn’t. Later when I actually read it, it was nothing and I kept hearing, “live in the present!”
