Known as The Marketing Stylist™, Alexander will release her first marketing book later this summer. The book features the marketing successes and failures of national and international million-dollar women-owned businesses.
On September 22, 2019, the day recognized as American Business Women’s Day, What Million-Dollar Brands Know: Marketing & Branding Strategies for Today’s Entrepreneur by Lisa N. Alexander is set to be released. An audio edition of the book read by Alexander will be released by the end of the year. This is Alexander’s fourth book published through her company Ellis Valin Communications.
“If entrepreneurs want to know how successful businesses, especially women-owned businesses are marketing their brands, then this book will tell them,” said Alexander. “Access to that next tier of successful businesswoman can sometimes be unattainable for new entrepreneurs,” she continued. “This book gives them access to the women business owners who have defied the odds and been able to scale and grow their businesses and share what marketing strategies worked and what failed horribly,” Alexander stated.
The book is filled with stories that are terribly funny and others that are more thought-provoking. Some stories were utterly shocking and will make you look at your next new hire a lot more carefully.
Alexander interviewed women-owned businesses generating a million dollars or more in their businesses for What Million-Dollar Brands Know. Contributors to the book are from the U.S. and Canada.
