Someone compliments you on how great you look.

You’ve been working out, eating clean and you appreciate the fact that someone noticed and said something about it.

But you never thank the person for noticing.

The compliment is just left hanging.

That’s quite similar to guests leaving a review on Facebook, Yelp or Google and letting it go unanswered.

If a guest was kind enough to take the time to say good things about your store, let them know you appreciate and respond quickly. This could turn into a referral for your business or even repeat business. Don’t miss small opportunities to make a big difference.
