First let me start off by saying Zoho has not paid me for this review.
I am just a huge fan of the brand!
What is Zoho you ask? According to their site:
“Zoho offers a comprehensive suite of award-winning on-line business, productivity & collaboration applications. Customers use Zoho Applications to run their business processes, manage their information and be more productive while at the office or on the go, without having to worry about expensive or outdated hardware or software.”
For me Zoho means time saved which is money saved. It’s fluidity between my Website and my email accounts.
They have a host of apps to help the business owner and with it all being online, means I can access information anywhere there is an Internet connection.
My Zoho favorites are:
Zoho Mail – I’ve used a few email clients, Thunderbird and Outlook to name a few but wasn’t thrilled with the user interface or functionality. Setting up my email accounts was a hassle because all my emails had to go out using my Internet provider’s server. They certainly didn’t make it easy and that’s after a conversation with customer service. At one point I was reading emails in Outlook and responding directly from the Web. A friend told me about Google’s online email service but of course that’s a paid service. I loved the idea of having a cloud email client, I just didn’t want to pay Google to do it. Zoho had an ad on Facebook for their email client and I setup my account immediately and it’s been wonderful! There’s even a function to link other Zoho apps to your email. Love this feature!
Zoho Forms – This is an app I gladly paid for. I was able to build my contact form and all the information feeds directly into my Zoho CRM account. It was a bit buggy to use. Couldn’t use it in certain browsers but overall it works and streamlines my processes.
Zoho Campaign – No more Constant Contact or MailChimp. My Zoho Forms feed into my CRM account which links to Zoho Campagin. I will say it’s a little buggy. I lost an hour’s worth of work when my email failed to save. There are a limited number of templates to choose from but that doesn’t bother me. If you’re html savvy or use a Web builder program you can easily migrate into Zoho Campaign. My campaigns have taken on a much more simpler design so templates with bells and whistles aren’t missed by me.
Zoho CRM – This is where my leads, contacts, accounts, sales pipeline and tasks are housed. Very easy to use. I looked at other online CRM services and even tried a few but always came back to Zoho.
Zoho CRM Mobile App – I was hoping for a Zoho mail app but found their CRM app instead. I downloaded it and never thought about it again. I was talking to a client and was shocked when the app opened after the phone call and asked if I wanted to track the call. I could even write notes! What a great app!
Zoho has a plethora of other online programs to make your life easy and I highly recommend you give them a try. They certainly deliver value and I look forward to growing my business with them. Thanks Zoho.
