ShopTalk Ep 14: BES-Handling A PR Crisis
Inevitably it will happen. Someone will say something negative about your brand or service on social media or your company may become enthralled in some negative PR at which point you’re not so sure all PR is good PR.
This week, as we wind down our Business Expansion Series, Phyllis Bailey of 3B Resources Group and marketing and social media consultant and keynote speaker Crystal Washington share how small businesses can overcome negative PR.
Even if your name has been through the proverbial mud, there is a way to handle gracefully if you have a plan, a signed social media policy and admit when you are wrong.
Phyllis and Crystal share experiences any small business owner can learn from.
Enjoy the show everyone!
